Wow, looks awesome, you really dress up a cheap cut of meat nicely.

It's one of my go-to items Kat.


I love that inexpensive cut of meat. I think it comes out better than fried pork chops due to the extra fat. I also like to marinate and grill it.


I agree Kyle. I think this is what most places use now for Salt and Pepper Pork Chops.
