Brown rice is good for you or get some white rice and mix it up with a some lite soy sauce, al la brown rice ;-)
That fish belly does look obscene.

LOL Billy - They used to mix brown rice into our regular rice in elementary school.....not my favorite thing either. That tuna belly was obscenely good!

That looks so ono! My son and I were just on Oahu a couple of weeks ago and would have loved to hit this place up. We did get our share of poke though :)
Speaking about Hawaii directions, my Hawaiian friends here always say "I'm coming down your side", or "your side has plenty food places..." I just figured out recently it was because in Hawaii, you are always giving directions saying, "west-side", mauka side of island, etc. It's easy to give directions referencing which side of island you are headed to!
