Nobody told about the tuba. Ahahaha. Omg, we were there one afternoon weekend and lucked out. Only the boom box was playing. Phew.

The tuba player was pretty much the clincher TFD......

We picked up those small eggplants (15 for $1) the other day and have been anticipating an array of roasted vegetables(like in the previous post). Everything in this post looks so good -we pass Godoy when going to Miramar Fish Market and Grill, just a few blocks away...need to stop.

Hi Cathy - We've found that those from Sprout's...the 15/$1 tend to be even better then those we get at Indian markets....when they have it. Godoy is great when you have a group.

Kirk, do you have any favorite places for charcuterie?

I liked Prep Kitchen Little Italy's "cutting board" and recently some friends picked up a really nice spread from MIHO

I've heard really good things abot AR Valentiien but I'm yet to visit.

Hi Roddy - You know, I don't get it enough to really say.....though I really like the stuff Pete Balestrari makes, which I believe is what Roseville serves.

looks so good! and with good company too!

Hi Kat - Great company always makes everything taste better!
