yeah man, fried fish with the head on! that's the kind of fish i grew up eating! my parents ate the eyeballs!

The Mister is pretty good with a fork and knife and I wanted to share his skill, Kirk.

I figured you'd appreciate this meal, cc! That was a particularly good fish. One of the eyeballs was too rubbery for me-it's at the bottom of the photo, still on the plate. :(

Greg

Thanks for the recommendation. I stopped by last night and had a very nice plate of Camarones a la Diabla - they Anglicize it on their menu: "devil's shrimp" or something. I personally prefer this dish a little spicier than theirs, but still a pleasing balance of sour and chili heat. Paired nicely with a Negra Modelo. Going back for tacos or maybe that whole fish next time!

Cathy

I've got the menu right here, Greg.."Devil Style"..ha! I hadn't noticed. I want to try the Gobernador, cahuamanta (stingray) and smoked tuna tacos, as well as the rest of the menu. Welcome to our blog.
