You know, I've passed this place maybe a hundred times and had always wondered about it.

nhbilly

LOL, I always try and disect what I eat so that I can make it at home.

Cathy

It's worth driving around the block, to the parking lot in back, Kirk. Really good food here.
Yep, great minds think alike, Bill! Can't find a recipe, so that means experimenting...

hi cathy - your spanakopita looks good!

i watched 'pinocchio' at the loma theatre in kindergarten! we used to live in the navy housing there in the 70's.

Alyssa

I've never found rice in any spanakopita that I've tried, that's really different! I would like to try it, especially if it has ricotta in it. There is a lot of food on that spanakopita-falafel plate, not to mention the soup that comes with it! I know where to go the next time I'm in Point Loma.

Cathy

Unusually good food here, cc. I have a button I got when I saw Pinocchio in a theater in Detroit, an ocean of time ago. Just ran across it a few days ago...
Definitely rice, Alyssa. Maybe the rice was mixed with the Feta, making it fluffy like Ricotta; I am unsure, but in any case, this spanakopita was really really good.
